Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Within Nairobi
Orders within Nairobi are usually delivered within the same day or the next business day depending on the order time and delivery location.

Delivery Outside Nairobi
Orders outside Nairobi are delivered through trusted courier services and typically arrive within 1–3 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs
Nairobi deliveries: KES 300. Outside Nairobi: KES 800. Exact rates are shown at checkout based on your selection, and any adjustments for remote or hard-to-reach areas will be communicated before dispatch.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and delivery details.

Delivery Issues
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable contact, our team will reach out to arrange another delivery.

Product Inspection
